During the workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of handstands, from how to prep your handstand at the wall and during your yoga flows to how to start balancing without the wall and mental tips to overcome the fear of the upside-down life.
We’ll move through drills and exercises to help you build coordination, mobility, and control.
You’ll learn how to kick up into a handstand, how to balance on your hands, and depending on the level of the group we’ll cover different variations of handstands, like straddle, tuck, side bends, and backbends
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a solid idea of what to work on and how to implement handstands into your practice and life so that you can continue practicing on your own.
