Come with us on a grounding meditative/yoga journey with sound and scent. Once we fully arrived in the present moment you’ll learn about the beauty and power of essential oils. We will then spend the rest of the afternoon in community crafting, painting some Christmas cards and making some essential oil testers for you all to take home and give to yourself or your favourite souls.
