As your physical body surrenders to gravity, I will begin to weave the sacred and healing sounds vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls over and through you, gently guiding you to feel balanced, at peace, grounded as well as uplifted in harmony. I use a selection of different instruments; mainly my five Alchemy crystal sound bowls each will guide you into your own self empowered meditation.

You decide at any time how deep you would like to dive into meditation or simply listen to the sounds. Just relax and experience this unique, sensory journey.
